How does a mobile barbershop work?+
Jair drives a fully outfitted van — dark wood, brass fixtures, proper lighting, professional clippers and shears — directly to your address. You book a time, he pulls up, and you get a real chair experience in your driveway. No waiting rooms, no rushing.
Where do you serve?+
Kendall and surrounding neighborhoods across greater Miami — including West Kendall, Tamiami, Westchester, The Hammocks, Kendale Lakes, Sunset, Country Walk, and Pinecrest. If your zip isn't listed and you're close, text Jair at (305) 970-8351 — the route expands with demand.
How does the deposit work?+
A small non-refundable deposit secures your slot when you book. The remaining balance is due in person at the time of service. We accept cash and (where available) card. The deposit covers Jair's travel and prep commitment.
What if I need to cancel or reschedule?+
Every appointment confirmation text includes a self-serve manage link. Reschedule is free as long as it's more than 24 hours before your appointment — your deposit transfers to the new time. Cancellations inside 24 hours forfeit the deposit, and future bookings may require full prepayment.
Can I book a haircut for my kid?+
Yes — Kids Cut is on the menu (under 10). Patient, precise work, designs welcome. An adult should be present at the appointment.
Do you do designs or eyebrows?+
Yes. Designs are +$15. Eyebrows are +$10. Add a note when you book and Jair will bring what's needed.
What if Jair is running late?+
Mobile means real-world conditions — weather, traffic, sometimes a haircut runs long. If Jair is delayed, you'll get a text with an updated ETA. If a delay doesn't work for you, you can reschedule at no cost.
