SMS Terms & Opt-In

Program name: Prestige Mobile Barbershop SMS Program. Description: Prestige Mobile Barbershop sends appointment confirmations, reminders, day-of arrival ETAs, cancellation notices, and — with your separate consent — occasional promotional offers and openings. How to opt in: Customers opt in to receive SMS from Prestige in one of three ways: 1. By submitting the appointment booking form at https://www.prestigebarbersocietymiami.com/book. The final step of the form contains the following consent statement displayed directly above the "Reserve" button: "By reserving you also consent to receive transactional SMS from Prestige at the phone number you provide. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply." 2. By submitting the "Get on the list" form at https://www.prestigebarbersocietymiami.com/#notify, which requires the customer to actively check this consent box: "I agree to receive text messages from Prestige Mobile Barbershop at the number provided, including appointment openings and occasional updates. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Message and data rates may apply." 3. By being added to the system by Jair (the business owner) only after providing verbal consent in person at the time of an in-person service. Message frequency: Message frequency varies — typically 1 to 4 messages per month per customer. Transactional messages (booking confirmations, reminders, arrival notices) are sent only in response to a customer-initiated booking. Promotional messages are sent at most a few times per month and only to customers who have opted in. Message and data rates: Message and data rates may apply per your mobile carrier plan. How to opt out: Reply STOP to any message at any time to immediately opt out of all messages. You may also reply STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, CANCEL, END, or QUIT. How to get help: Reply HELP or INFO to receive a help message, or text/call (305) 970-8351 to reach the business directly. Carriers: Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Sample messages a customer may receive: • "Prestige: Hi Mike, your Haircut is booked for Mon, Apr 27 at 3:00 PM at 1234 SW 120th Ave. Manage: https://www.prestigebarbersocietymiami.com/r/abc?t=xyz. Reply STOP to opt out, HELP for help. Msg & data rates may apply." • "Prestige reminder: Haircut with Jair tomorrow at 3:00 PM. Manage: https://www.prestigebarbersocietymiami.com/r/abc?t=xyz. Or text (305) 970-8351. Reply STOP to opt out." • "Prestige (Miami): Memorial Day special — $10 off this week only. Book at https://www.prestigebarbersocietymiami.com. Reply STOP to opt out."
