Cancellation & Reschedule Policy

We hold your appointment slot, travel to your location, and block time around it. Please treat your booking as a firm reservation. 1. Deposit. The deposit paid at booking is non-refundable. It secures your slot and covers our preparation and travel commitment. 2. Reschedule. You may reschedule once, free of charge, if you notify us at least 24 hours before your appointment. Your deposit will transfer to the new time. Reschedules with less than 24 hours' notice may require a new deposit. 3. Cancellation. Cancellations more than 24 hours in advance: deposit forfeited, no further charge. Cancellations inside 24 hours, or no-shows: deposit forfeited, and a rebooking may require prepayment of the full service. 4. Late arrivals (client). If you are running late, text Jair at (305) 970-8351. We will do our best to accommodate, but appointments may need to be shortened to protect the next client's time. Clients more than 15 minutes late without contact may be treated as a no-show. 5. Late arrivals (Prestige). Mobile service means real-world conditions — weather, traffic, an occasional long cut. If Jair is delayed, we will text you with an updated ETA. If our delay makes the appointment no longer work for you, you may reschedule at no cost. 6. Weather & safety. Prestige reserves the right to reschedule at no cost to the client for conditions that make service unsafe (severe weather, power outage at the location, etc.). 7. Refunds. Refunds of the deposit are issued only at Prestige's discretion — for example, if we are the party that must cancel and cannot reschedule. Contact: (305) 970-8351 · @prestigebarbershop305
